The flight shirt is the shirt designed by the airmen in the flight and commemorates their time in BMT. It is a great keepsake and it often includes a roster of the names of trainees in the flight on the back of the shirt. This longstanding tradition used to be exclusive to airmen but in recent years has been opened up to families and friends of the graduating airmen.
