Customized and Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Pre-ordered flight shirts, flight hoodies, flight matted prints, flight plaques as well as memory blankets are non-refundable or exchangeable after the pre-order cut off day.
Past Graduation flight items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers have 180 days to dispute items or charges.
Merchandise returned for exchange or credit must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order. Items must not be customized, worn or washed.
Return credit when applicable, will be the value paid for merchandise, not to include the shipping charges.
If an item ordered and item received differ or are incorrect (our error), we will ship out the corrected item at our expense.
