Flight items are shipped after graduation as those are produced the week of graduation.
We are only able to ship to US domestic addresses/ US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands) and military APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

You are entitled to FREE USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE Shipping if you spend over $200. If the shipping does not come off automatically on your online order please email your order number to [email protected] and your shipping will be credited back to you.
We advise against trying to ship directly to the Airmen in BMT, these items are unlike to be returned if they miss the airmen in shipping.
Return Policy
Merchandise returned for exchange or credit must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order.
Return credit will be the value paid for merchandise, not to include the shipping charges.
If an item ordered and item received are different and/or incorrect, we will ship out the corrected item at our expense.
Customers have 90 days to dispute items or charges.
Pre-ordered flight shirts and hoodies are not refundable after graduation.
Past Graduation flight items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized and custom-made to order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
